About the Role:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OT) at Bride Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to create customized treatment plans that promote the development of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Occupational Therapists with patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans

  • Implementing occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities

  • Modifying equipment and environments to support patient therapy goals

  • Documenting patient progress and communicating with healthcare team members

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
