Responsibilities:

• Provide per diem occupational therapy services to our residents, assessing and treating individualized needs and goals

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and industry standards

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and promote optimal outcomes

• Conduct evaluations, set goals, and develop treatment plans for residents with varying needs and abilities

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive, sensory, and motor therapies, to address physical, emotional, and cognitive limitations

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and Pearl Pointe's policies
