We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Welders at our brand new, state-of-the-art Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exiting new facility!

????Earn Up to $29.40 Per Hour

· Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour + DOE

· Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 per year

•    That equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earnings

Total Earning Potential: $29.40/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Welder, you’ll be an important part of our production team helping build high-quality products from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps.

• Setup and operate robotic welders as assigned.

• Use cutting torches and grinders as needed.

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.

• Inspect work for quality and workmanship.

• Responsible for working safely and for the safety of others working in the area. 

• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
