What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections
• Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance
• Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
• Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, CA

Your Responsibilities: 

• Close pre-set residential solar appointments
• Walk homeowners through custom solar proposals and financing
• Maintain a high close rate and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with setters and operations for seamless install flow
• Represent HousBuildrs with integrity and confidence
