• Shift length: 10 hours

What You’ll Do:
• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility and functional training
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with referring providers and care-team members
• Support patients in improving strength, balance, mobility and function

The Right Candidate:
• Holds an active Idaho Physical Therapist license or has a pending license
• Has recent outpatient or clinic-based experience
• Is comfortable working 10-hour shifts
• Can independently manage evaluations, treatments and documentation
• Is available for the complete 13-week assignment
