About the Role:
Action Termite and Pest Control Inc is looking for a driven and personable Pest Control Sales Associate to join our growing team in Turnersville, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new residential and commercial pest control customers through door-to-door, referral, and outbound sales efforts
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest, termite, and rodent issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Present and close pest control service agreements and treatment packages to prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upsells
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, pest control, or a related service industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to obtain or willingness to pursue NJ pesticide applicator or sales license
• Comfortable conducting outdoor inspections in varying weather conditions
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and trustworthy demeanor
