Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary/Contract
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Flexible shifts with 7-day coverage
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours

Available Shifts:

4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Pallet Sorters for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves manually sorting, inspecting, stacking, loading, and unloading pallets while maintaining production and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Sort and inspect pallets for quality.
Remove debris and damaged materials.
Stack pallets according to specifications.
Load and unload pallets and materials by hand.
Maintain accurate production records.
Keep the work area clean and safe.
Meet established productivity and performance goals.
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, turn, and lift throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy warehouse conditions.
Basic reading, math, and computer skills.
Reliable attendance and flexible availability.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
Required PPE must be worn, including safety shoes and applicable eye and hearing protection.
