About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with a wide range of physical impairments, injuries, and conditions. You will ensure that patients receive individualized and comprehensive care that meets their unique needs and goals. Your expertise will be critical in helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to return to their daily activities with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patients' physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment programs, including exercises, traction, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
