Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the sales department.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Train and mentor sales staff to achieve their goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the dealership to ensure availability.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their buying experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Required: Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Preferred: Experience with luxury vehicle sales.
• Required: Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Required: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
