Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is located in the area of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role involves supporting the organizations cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing and assisting with coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmia procedures. The position starts on October 5, 2026, and continues through January 4, 2027, offering a comprehensive clinical experience in a dynamic acute care environment.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Days, 10-hour shift hours
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week minimum
  • Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience as a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist, current certifications including ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), Fluoro Permit, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid state license; candidates with pending fluoro permits are welcome to apply if the permit application has been submitted at the time of submission.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmia procedures, and familiarity with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
  • Additional Information: The position involves accurate monitoring during angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, electrophysiology lab procedures, and various interventional techniques. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with equipment setup, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile techniques. Certification and experience with coil embolization, vascular procedures, and use of fluoroscopy are strongly preferred. The role may require floating to sister facilities nearby and working up to four days a week with call responsibilities. Candidates must meet the experience criteria and hold a valid compact license or equivalent.
