We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team for a travel assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated therapy professional to gain experience in a new healthcare environment while working alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, strengthening, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate
Provide recommendations for continued therapy and follow-up services
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
Adapt quickly to new facilities, teams, documentation systems, and patient populations
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function and maximizing independence
Requirements
Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
