(R)(ARRT): Required Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR Facility Specific License/Certifications: ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required Nights/3-12 Thursday thru Sat, call once per week. 1830—0700.
