Business Development Representative

Custom Graphics, Inc. – Fargo, ND Full-time · $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Custom Graphics has made quality products and taken care of customers for decades. We're hiring someone to quote and run certain jobs from start to finish.

This is an inside sales and estimating job. There is no prospecting required. You take the customer inquiry, build the quote, and see the job through to delivery. You'll help cover the front office too. Once you know the trade, you'll grow into building estimates for our outside sign and wrap sales team.

We'll teach you the materials and the process. You bring the rest: show up, treat people right, and own the work in front of you.

What you'll do

• Learn our process and product
• Provide excellent customer service
• Build accurate quotes on assigned jobs.
• Turn approved quotes into work orders and set honest lead times with production.
• Own your jobs start to finish and keep customers up to date on scheduling
• Follow up after delivery.
• Help cover the front office: calls, emails, website inquiries, walk-ins.
• Opportunity for advancement

Who we're looking for

• Likes people, likes solving problems, good on the phone and in person.
• Organized. Can juggle quotes, jobs, and front-office coverage without dropping the ball.
• Willing to learn the technical side: signs, decals, wraps, and how they're made.
• Customer service, inside sales, or estimating experience is a plus. We'll train the right person.
• Solid computer skills. Comfortable with a quoting or order-entry system, spreadsheets, and email.
