Retail Sales Lead - Now Hiring

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As a Part-Time Sales Lead/Key Holder, you are a trusted member of the retail store team who supports sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will be responsible for designated opening and closing duties, including securing the store and completing required cash-handling and operational procedures. Through your enthusiasm for the Le Creuset brand and products, you will create exceptional customer experiences, contribute to store sales goals, and help maintain our visual and operational standards.

Leadership 

• Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans and productivity goals and improving KPI’s through active coaching on the salesfloor
• Demonstrates a personal commitment to achieving the store's targets by consistently promoting current marketing programs and utilizing company resources intended to optimize selling activity
• Act as Manager-On-Duty, ensuring the store consistently achieves sales goals and executes all operational functions
• Builds effective partnerships with team, Store Manager, and field/corporate partners through consistent communication, teamwork, and respect

Sales and Service

• Role model company's selling expectations and actively works to foster customer loyalty through proactive reaching out to clients
• Promotes engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise on cooking, baking, or entertaining
• Utilizes training tools and resources to educate self/team on product, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals
• Achieve personal Sales and KPI goals

Operations 

• Perform basic operations activities, including cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and open and closing duties
• Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities
• Follow plans/directions/schedules and act with a sense of urgency to meet the changing priorities, store needs, and demands of the business

 
The Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success:    

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, or other key-holder responsibilities preferred
• Dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established security and operational procedures
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand
• Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Background check
• Speaks English
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
