M&A/ Private Equity Associate

Top AmLaw 200 law firm seeks an associate to join their Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group in their Austin office.

The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years (2015-2017) of corporate experience and must have significant experience in a corporate law practice with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. Candidates should have strong skills in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Significant experience with technology companies is a plus. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
