Attorney - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA)  ($160-180K)


Long standing, East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, California, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Attorney.  This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Law in California
• Have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience
• Strong in Research, Writing, Discovery and Arbitrations
• Willing to work in the office as well as conduct site inspections, defecting testing and monitoring the cases
