Sales Representative

We’re a growing stone countertop fabrication company serving homeowners, builders, and contractors with high-quality granite, quartz, and other natural stone surfaces. We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base and grow revenue.

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in the stone countertop space. This role is built for someone who’s hungry to bring in new business; not just field inbound calls, but actively hunt down new opportunities and grow our customer pipeline.

Summary

• Proactively source and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and online channels
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on stone selection, pricing, and installation timelines
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing

What We are Looking For

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to generate new business rather than wait for it to come in
• Comfortable and confident using the internet, social media, and online tools to research and pull in leads
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Reliable transportation for client visits and site meetings

Preferred, but not required

• Background in stone/countertop sales
• Alternatively, sales experience in a related construction trade (cabinetry, flooring, roofing, tile, or similar) is welcome
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic lead-generation tools
