RN Night Shift Manager – Long-Term Care

A growing long-term care community is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the overnight nursing team.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on leader, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care throughout the night.

What They’ll Do

•  Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the night shift 
•  Support and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff 
•  Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care 
•  Respond to changes in resident condition and clinical concerns 
•  Assist staff with complex resident-care situations 
•  Ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility policies 
•  Communicate important updates to nursing leadership and the oncoming shift 
•  Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment 
•  Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for overnight staff 

What They’re Looking For

•  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
•  Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred 
•  Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus 
•  Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills 
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills 
•  A leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help the team 
•  Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
