We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. HVAC and Plumbing experience is a must! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality work. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues before they become larger problemsComplete general building repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture installationTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the scope of the rolePerform preventive maintenance to support safe, efficient, and reliable building operationsRead and interpret work orders, drawings, and basic plans to complete repairs accuratelySupport renovation, construction, and general labor projects as needed across multiple sites Operations and SafetyMaintain tools, materials, and supply inventory to support daily workPick up materials and transport equipment using company vehicles as neededAssist with seasonal property maintenanceOperate small equipment and machinery safely, when applicableKeep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-freeReport hazards, deficiencies, or equipment failures promptly Groundskeeping, Seasonal Work, and Team CollaborationSupport groundskeeping, exterior upkeep, and seasonal maintenance tasksRespond promptly to maintenance requests from occupants and managementCommunicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and building occupantsWork collaboratively with maintenance staff and other teams to complete projects efficientlyQualificationsPrevious experience in maintenance, repair, construction, or a related skilled tradeWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals, schematics, or basic blueprintsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing needsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBasic personal hand tools required; specialty tools and equipment may be provided by the companyAbility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays on rare occasions, typically due to emergencies or weather-related needsAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working across multiple properties or job sitesExperience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, or light renovation workPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentAbility to perform physically active work, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and using hand and power toolsAbility to lift and move materials and equipment, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional heavier lifting as requiredComfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely inspect, access, and work on building systems, equipment, and elevated areas as neededVisual ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and complete repairs safely and accurately

Please keep in mind that the posted pay range represents the range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual hourly/salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, certifications, and skill development and potential bonuses.
