Being an AMAZING Shift Lead, you would be responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations. This role assists in leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates an engaged management style that exudes positivity.

This position serves as a role model and serves as a team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable. A successful Shift Lead exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values of Integrity, Love, Humility, & Courage in addition to a splash of grit!
