Behavior Technician

Provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans. Compensation: $18–$25 per hour Location: Saint George, Utah Paid training: No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower rate. What you will do Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly. Support communication, social, self-help, and adaptive-skill programs. Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass required background checks and clearances. Reliable transportation for travel between assigned client locations. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.
