Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work on residential and commercial service calls
• Install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and components
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist senior carpenters with project setup and completion
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic carpentry knowledge or hands-on experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous carpentry or construction experience
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment
• OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Excellent customer service skills
