Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative English/Spanish

Chargoy Allstate Agency is hiring a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for our Irving office. This is a full-time, in-office position with $18–$20/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities. Insurance or sales experience is preferred, and training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates.

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial Insurance
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Cross-sell and bundle policies
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet sales and performance goals

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Insurance or sales experience preferred
• PC and/or Life Insurance license preferred
• Motivated, dependable, and professional
• Willing to obtain required insurance licensing if not currently licensed
