Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, pastas, and other menu items according to Joe’s signature recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow portion, prep, and presentation standards for consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Collaborate closely with other cooks and the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Adhere to food safety and health code regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred; however, we will train motivated candidates.
• Passionate about food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Dependable, hardworking, and possess strong communication skills.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
