Key Responsibilities

• Lead new store openings and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and enhance guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a strong front-of-house and kitchen team.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast casual restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of successful new store openings and leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekends.
