Our Omaha store is currently averaging a 6-point increase for the ACT and a 230-point increase on the SAT. We are educators who truly care about student success. As a Manager in Training, you will be expected to:
- Perform academic evaluations.
- Provide student instruction / Tutor.
- Participate in marketing events and general ground marketing.
- Monitor student instructional programs and progress, including Exam Prep.
- Assist management and training of part-time teaching staff.
- Help create and maintain teacher and student schedules.
- Conduct student conferences and some interim conferences with parents (as needed).
- Work directly with the Center Staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Marketing, retail, and customer service experience are a plus.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working with students of all ages.
- Flexibility to work day or evening hours.
- The general schedule is Monday - Thursday, 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Additional hours may be available if desired.
