Commercial Cleaning Supervisor - Part Time

Simple Custodial Services is looking for a reliable, hands-on Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. You'll supervise the crew, ensure quality standards, pitch in with cleaning tasks, and manage supplies. You’ll also use a company vehicle for supply runs and travel between job sites. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), with occasional weekend shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and restock cleaning supplies at assigned job sites using a company vehicle.
• Conduct routine inspections and walkthroughs to ensure all buildings meet company quality and safety standards.
• Lead, supervise, and support cleaning crews during evening shifts.
• Train, onboard, and coach new and existing employees on company policies, procedures, and cleaning techniques.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, maintaining communication between employees, clients, and management.
• Cover employee shifts as needed to ensure adequate staffing and uninterrupted service.
• Monitor inventory, perform laundry for mop heads, towels, and cleaning cloths, and assist with supply ordering.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment needs, and inventory shortages to management.
• Complete inspection reports, employee documentation, and other required records accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company operations.

Requirements: 

• Janitorial experience (required)
• Leadership or supervisor experience (required) 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Must be reliable and have transportation to our office
• Good communicator and team player
• Basic computer skills (checking emails, filling out forms, using apps, etc.)
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during your shift
• Spanish speaker is a plus
• Floor tech experience (like scrubbing, buffing, stripping) is a plus
