A Caring Touch Home Health & Hospice Services is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and organized Bilingual Intake Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team. If you enjoy helping patients, coordinating care, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

•  Process Home Health and Hospice referrals. 
•  Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral sources. 
•  Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. 
•  Coordinate patient admissions and Start of Care (SOC) visits. 
•  Obtain physician orders and required documentation. 
•  Enter patient information into the EMR system accurately. 
•  Maintain HIPAA compliance. 
•  Provide outstanding customer service. 

Qualifications

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
✔ Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
✔ Insurance verification experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ EMR experience preferred
✔ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
