Job Description

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is seeking an associate to join their Corporate team.

Qualified candidate will have a 3-5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Qualified candidates will have preferably managed a significant number of middle-market M&A and Private Equity transactions, and be experienced in drafting and negotiating ancillary transaction documents and managing diligence and deal teams throughout the transaction process.
