Job Description

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + Gas Incentive!

IMKO Workforce Solutions is the exclusive hiring partner for Adams Thermal Systems, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals ready to build a career in manufacturing!

What You'll Do

Operate production equipment and assemble quality products.
Inspect parts and ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform basic machine changeovers and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Keep your work area clean and safe.
Work with your team to keep production running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic reading and math skills.

Shift Options

1st Shift

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime Fridays | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Overtime Fridays | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Before You Start

Two forms of valid ID required for employment eligibility.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
