Pay/Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour DOE

Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Welcome walk-in visitors,
Answer incoming emails and phone calls to assist callers with inquiries
Perform general office tasks - filing, addressing envelopes, faxing documents, data entry of order tickets into QuickBooks, etc.
Provide quotes for service to potential customers
Schedule and Dispatch Service Technicians for sales and repair services
Other duties as assigned by management.
Must complete a criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Qualifications Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 months customer service experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
Basic Computer Proficiency required.
Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude
