This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while leading field technicians and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while leading field technicians and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians in the field.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management on project timelines and materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
