Openwork is partnering with a local company in South Charlotte to assist with their hiring needs! We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire.

• Pay: $14.00/hour
• Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM start
  • 2nd Shift: 6:30 PM start
• Location: South Charlotte, NC
• Job Type: Long-term opportunity with potential to be hired on permanently

• Box and package products
• Fold and prepare materials
• Prepare and finalize shipments
• Assist with shipping-related tasks
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow instructions and company procedures
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy

• Ability to read and write
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive and general labor tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, shipping, packaging, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Attendance is very important for this position. The company follows an attendance point system, so reliable and consistent attendance is required.
