Labor & Employment Associate

AmLaw 50 firm seeks an associate to join their Labor and Employment Practice Group.

Ideal candidates will have 4 - 6 years experience in employment-related matters to be based in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience defending employers in employment-law litigation, including single plaintiff, class actions and multi-party disputes, and counselling employers in all areas of employment law.  

Ideal candidates will have excellent academic backgrounds as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar. Additional licensure and good standing with the New Jersey State Bar is a plus.
