HR Assistant

Support recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, employee relations, and payroll accuracy for a growing behavioral health team.

Compensation: $18–$21 per hour

Locations: Saint George, Utah

• Own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding and training support.
• Conduct background and reference checks for candidates.
• Complete new-hire paperwork and keep employee files current.
• Support credentialing and new employee enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and accurate record keeping.
• Support employee relations, engagement events, and day-to-day HR administration.

• One to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
