Shift Availability:
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines and monitor production
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Trim, sort, and package finished materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Injection molding experience is a plus (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good attendance and work ethic
