Trusts & Estates Associate

Our client is a growing regional law firm that is looking to expand their Trusts and Estates practice group.  Interested candidates should have at least 8 years of trusts and estates experience.  A PA and NJ Bar admission is required.  Individual can work from Philadelphia or South Jersey office.  

Candidate's should have specific experience in:

- Orphan’s Court (some Surrogate Court experience is preferred)

- Special Needs Trusts/Irrevocable Trusts

- Estate Administration

- Estate Planning (preferred, but not required)

- Accountings

- Inheritance Tax/Estate Tax/Personal Tax

Excellent benefits and compensation package.  Compensation will be based on years of experience.
