Openwork is partnering with a local company in South Charlotte to assist with their hiring needs! We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for several long-term opportunities with potential for permanent hire.

• Machine Operators
• Forklift Drivers
• Sewers
• Production Associates

• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Location: South Charlotte, NC
• Job Type: Long-term opportunity with potential to be hired directly by the company

Duties will vary depending on the position and may include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Operating a forklift to move materials and products
• Sewing and assembling products according to specifications
• Performing production and assembly tasks
• Packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Following written and verbal instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Performing general labor duties as needed

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
• Previous machine operating, forklift, sewing, or manufacturing experience is a plus, depending on the position

Attendance is very important for these positions. The company follows an attendance point system, so reliable and consistent attendance is required.
