Job Description

Machine Operator – Production

1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm $17.50/hr

2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm $18/hr

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to work in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse environment. This position is responsible for operating sorting equipment, maintaining production and quality standards, and ensuring all safety and production documentation is completed accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate sorting machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Monitor equipment and production flow to meet daily productivity goals.
Complete safety checklists, production logs, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow established quality, SQF, food safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Perform routine housekeeping and follow a clean-as-you-go process.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and immediately report equipment, safety, or quality concerns.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or production experience preferred.
Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
