Corporate & Transactional Associate

A global and top 200 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Corporate and Transactional practice in any of their Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, and St. Louis office.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture, and/or other complex commercial transactions and must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. An undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting is a plus.
