Paint Support

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment chemicals under the guidance of the powder coater.
• Assist in loading and unloading products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
• Monitor the coating process alongside the powder coater to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
