About the Job:

Looking for qualified journeyman/foreman installers for new construction, tenant finish and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, developing apprentices, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

Journeyman licensed in commercial HVAC/sheet metal.
Proven leadership experience running crews on jobsites.
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
Ability to manage productivity and keep projects on schedule.
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise field crews on commercial HVAC/sheet metal installations.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
Plan daily work to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
Install and oversee installation of ductwork and HVAC systems.
Train and mentor apprentices.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
Maintain daily reports, track labor hours, and manage materials.
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company standards.
