A multi-office corporate law firm  seeks an associate attorney to join their business litigation team in Charleston, SC office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in South Carolina.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience.  
• Litigation case management experience.
• Experience preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions and managing smaller matters on a first chair basis. 
• Academic excellence.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
