Private Client Associate

A leading international law firm and top 100 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Private Client Practice Group.

The ideal candidate must have experience in drafting standard and sophisticated estate planning documents. Domestic and international estate, gift and income tax planning (including generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Excellent writing, researching, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background and must be admitted to the Illinois bar. Tax LLM preferred.
