Pay: $16+ / HR (Rate increase evaluated upon hire-in after 90 days worked)

Shift Availability: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Description  
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of facility equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure. Duties include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs to ensure minimal downtime. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance  
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues  
• Conduct repairs on a variety of systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs  
• Ensure that work areas and equipment are clean and organized  
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations  
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any potential hazards

Requirements
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds  
• Experience with hand and power tools  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications (preferred but not required)
