A coveted, well established multi-state insurance defense law firm is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney, with 2 - 6 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience to join their thriving Fort Myers office!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Admitted to practice in the State of FL
• 2 to 6 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment
• Actively review files and complete settlement analysis
• Extensive legal research experience and drafting memos and appeals
• Experience handling court appearances and depositions
• Heavy experience drafting pleadings and engage in discovery
• Promptly respond to e-mails and phone inquiries
• Proven excellent client service skills and telephone manner
