  • Prepare interior plans, finish plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, schedules, and presentation materials.
  • Assist with material, finish, furniture, fixture, and equipment research and selection.
  • Coordinate with architecture, engineering, vendor, consultant, and client teams.
  • Contribute to drawing reviews, specifications, submittal review, site observations, and project closeout activities as applicable.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and support a high-quality client experience.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related design discipline.
  • Approximately 2 to 5 years of professional interior design or interiors-focused architecture experience.
  • Current proficiency in Revit is strongly preferred. AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office skills are also valuable.
  • Experience developing or supporting interior documentation, including finish plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, FF&E documentation, or specifications.
  • Strong communication, organization, material-research, and coordination skills.
  • Professional exposure to healthcare, education, workplace, community, senior living, hospitality, worship, or institutional interiors is preferred.
  • NCIDQ progress or interest is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
