What You’ll Do

• Strengthen the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and raising performance
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen
• Lead strong operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures

What You’ll Bring

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred)
• A people-first leadership mindset with strong communication skills
• Confidence coaching others and making decisions that keep the restaurant moving
• A working understanding of P&L basics and how daily actions impact results
• A desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen
