Securities/Corporate Associate

A large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney with experience in healthcare law and transactions for its Charlotte office .

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Experience with healthcare commercial agreements and transactions.
Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations including the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and compliance.
Admitted and in good standing with North Carolina Bar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Academic excellence.
