Olympic Cleaning Solutions is looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential/Airbnb Cleaner. If you enjoy creating clean, organized spaces and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for someone who can work Thursday to Saturday from approximately 9am to 4pm (these hours may vary due to business needs). Cleaners are responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in residential and Airbnb locations while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Team members play an important role in ensuring client satisfaction and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or Airbnb cleaning services

• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas

• Follow job-specific instructions and Company procedures

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly

• Wash, fold and put away linens to client preferred standards

• Reset Airbnb bedroom and living rooms and other areas to client preferred standards

• Maintain professionalism and respect client property and privacy

• Communicate with supervisors regarding supplies, scheduling, or concerns

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on time

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Previous residential and/or Airbnb cleaning experience is preferred

• Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to approximately 30 pounds.

Schedule

Schedules vary based on client bookings and business needs, with part-time and/or full-time opportunities available. Applicants should provide reliable availability that they can consistently maintain, as stated availability is considered when making hiring and staffing decisions. While we understand that occasional changes happen, this position requires dependable attendance during your scheduled hours and timely communication when availability needs to change.
